Cumulative execution time — compared against manual baseline to calculate total time saved.
Percentage of runs completing without exception. Robots below 95% success rate are investigated and optimised.
How often each robot runs — by schedule or trigger. Rarely-used robots may indicate a process that changed without the robot being updated.
