Robots connect to your applications through the UI or available APIs as part of the subscription — API call volume is not a separate billed item.
Orchestrator access is free on all tiers. You don't pay extra to unlock a "monitoring module" or an "analytics module" separately.
RaaS pricing is per robot, not per user in your organisation. The number of people who can see the robot's output or trigger it is not a billing variable.
The Cloud Orchestrator is included free on every RaaS tier — no separate hosting fee, no orchestration add-on. It's in the price, not in the small print.
Variable costs that do apply: extra robots beyond quota and extra modifications — all published above.
Pricing FAQ
Yes, per robot per month at the tier matching that robot's complexity. One robot covers one process workflow.
If a workflow needs more steps or applications than your tier allows, it moves to the next tier. Additional robots are new subscriptions.
No separate setup fee. Analysis, implementation, and testing time is included in your tier (30h Visionary, 50h Innovator, 70h Expert). Work within that allocation is part of your subscription.
Extra modifications beyond the free allocation are charged per modification: €300 (Visionary), €500 (Innovator), or €650 (Expert). For large or complex builds, we discuss scope upfront so you know what to expect before signing.
